Happy Holidays, dear NCVAA friends and colleagues!!!  I hope that you and your families are staying safe and healthy. While we continue to face challenges posed by the pandemic, we also have much for which to remain grateful—our health, our families and friends, our jobs and colleagues. This year, as I step into the role of NCVAA President, I’m especially thankful to be working with talented and dedicated individuals who have stepped up to work with me to advance NCVAA’s mission and to bring back NCVAA’s in person annual conference. I hope that you will join us in New York City on April 29-May 1, 2022 for our next conference. We would also love to have you become more involved with planning the conference and future NCVAA events. Please visit our website at or email us at for more information.

Who we are

Who We Are

The National Conference of Vietnamese American Attorneys held its inaugural event on November 19, 2010 in Los Angeles, CA. NCVAA is the first ever national Vietnamese American bar association. NCVAA grew from over six years of network-building efforts by Vietnamese American attorneys nationwide, including ad hoc NCVAA conferences. We promote the professional development of individuals and support legal issues to the Vietnamese American community.

Our Mission

The mission of the National Conference of Vietnamese American Attorneys (NCVAA) is to promote the education and professional development of Vietnamese Americans in the legal community, to support research and education on legal issues of significance to the Vietnamese American community, and to provide a national network for Vietnamese American attorneys to exchange ideas relating to the legal profession. NCVAA seeks to promote and support the local Vietnamese American bar associations in the United States. As part of its mission, NCVAA may collaborate with other Asian American groups on issues that affect our members and our community.
