Together with Nova Cadamatre, Master of Wine, Cuong has created a vineyard that embodies precision, passion, and the deep respect for terroir that unites both fine wine and artisanal fish sauce.

Guests will begin the afternoon with a guided tour through the estate’s scenic vineyards, taking in the volcanic landscapes that shape Đồi Đá’s elegant, limited-production Cabernet Sauvignon.
